No worries cos condo also don't have it either. The "staging area" will be inside your hse.

Oh ya....your below neighbour complaint water leakage on your common bath. Its the WC problem , now testing out to see how is it. So if u staying in, can use the master bath not?
-
There is another company doing it too...
-
how big is the holes?
-
Ya...that's why when some forumers asked to compare on the quotation, I'll advise them if they have more feel, clicks with the ID/contractors, they should just let them do it. As long as the ID/contractor is honest, trustworthy, and the services are good, why not let them just earn a bit more? So do I have the "human factor" for u?
-
titanax bro, so u understand why when u brought the rain shower I wanted to check on the spec. for the storage heater can use not.

Saw that I was being mention here... so "kapoh" a bit as in the same time clear all doubts on this instant heater position. Ossify bro, being a contractor yourself, think u should know what is right to said and what is not? Assume that the shower head issue will cause some problem will in the end make a a** out of u n me. Its good that u based on your experience on the shower head but think u get its all wrong (or maybe I was wrong ). Different instant heater, different shower head, different fitting, different depth of the wall and also different pressure. They are so many things different and already started to assume this and that. And in the end, only confuses the owner (matashi). Matashi is using Alpha S100-T2 instant heater (hope I'm right by seeing on the photo) with original shower head. Ossify is using 707 compact instant heater with Hansgrohe Raindance E100 AIR 1Jet (also hope I'm right bout that) Different pressure Alpha instant heater, max pressure - 43.5psi, min pressure 2.9psi 707 instant heater, recommend pressure - 14.5psi, min pressure 2.5psi, max pressure 8psi Different shower head Matashi - original shower head with adjustable height and angle Ossify - Hansgrohe Raindance E100 AIR 1JET with Porter'D (the assy that hold the shower head), can't adjust the height once fitted but can adjust the angle. By right the installation for Raindance E100 is to install such a way 60 deg for the handle and the head is 90 deg to create a rain air effect. But from the pic posted was not so, and btw the pressure is not strong enough also. This was the causes for the water distance (or water outlet) to be "weak". Different depth of the wall Matashi - est. ard 100-150mm Ossify - est. ard 250mm-300mm With so many differences, how can we assume there is a problem? I'm always told my customers, compare apple with apple not apple with orange. This is just my point of views on the 2 different instant heater and shower head, most importantly, matashi will test it and let us know the result. Owner have doubts, I'll try to answer to my best knowledge. I'm can't be 100% right all the time and I'm also learning from the owners too. This forum is a open forum. But if a contractor was to comment on other contractors on their work, design, etc....I think the other contractors will also be defensive on it too. But if hse owner was to comment on the contractor, then its was a sharing and learning experience for all parties.
