  1. My only concern is don't mislead others.....$7psf laminate flooring include installation, skirting. Whereas marble $6psf doesn't include, labour, material, skirting. So if you want to compare the pricing, pls be right about it, if not its was like comparing an apple with an orange. And by the way...think this thread is about which laminate flooring brand rather than comparing it with marble isn't it?
  2. Work in progress.......hp ring or sms also can't hear.....
  3. Kitchen flooring was up too........
  4. Patching of the skirting...
  5. Foyer tiles are laid today...so most of the sub-con was banned too..
  6. So if u don't know so how can u said that "compare a high grade laminate with a low grade marble; marble is cheaper" and I can tell u that there no thread mention that marble is cheaper than laminate flooring....don't forget, u still need to pay for dry lay or even labour to lay the marble.
  7. Yours got too complicate design...too many different types of workers have to come in stages just to complete your 1 Master Bath. Some speedy work will only spoil the master piece.
  8. Aiyo...maybe I should have smile more Used to keep a fierce fierce face to my workers so they can't "eat" me and better don't 'play play' with me and the works. Ya, a lot was base on trust cos neither we knew each other for very long or we have worked together before. But seriously, up till now I still have no ideas what u working as.....
  9. Don't worry bout that...its all fated.

  11. Like to ask, what is the price for the lowest grade of marble psf in Singapore?
  12. The one drawing something on the wall is the supervisor and the one standing is my false ceiling supervisor. We was discussing on how big is your units and how it may affect the false ceiling. So need the dimension of the units and the spacing require for servicing of your units in future. U mean from the wall outside to the compressor, the insulation are all exposed? If yes, then that is the way everyone have it. All houses in Singapore installing air-con is the same. I can't help it too, as I didn't attend the courses for Air-con installation at BCA (if not I'll become air-con installer rather than contractor liao ). If 10 different companies and installers install the insulation to the compressor in this way, I can't really feedback anything to them cos havn't seen anyone doing it differently yet. Your last unit, u r referring to which unit? I was there quite late(ard 6.45pm) after our meeting and it was already turning dark. So most of the things I can't see it clearly.
  13. Ya...a bit too fast....but if not wrong, is using the same mosaic as in the showroom.
  14. Oh...ya...we like to do things silently during the week.........end.
  15. Air-con was installed yesterday....... Was having discussing with the air-con and the false ceiling guys.
  16. If my wife was to see all this posts, she will really become a "Lady Killer"
  17. No, I'm not a HDB licensed contractor.
  18. Most will feel that running on 1 big trunking will look nicer than running on 2 separate trunking, if I'm not wrong, those without false ceiling in the bedrooms will prefer to see 1 big trunking rather than 1 middle, 1 small trunkings. Of course, its faster and lesser work to nail 1 trunking than to nail 2 trunkings la and that is what most installers prefer. why she give me her personal hp no. and I'm only asking about the warranty info.
  19. Air-con installation was completed at ard 7pm this evening.... ....
  20. Oh...still have the impression that tomorrow coming will be the GC guy
  21. ?????.......so GC is not doing your air-con?
  22. Still can't figure out le...oh...the bear bear huh?
