I still prefer to buy kartell from lifestorey... sales staff are warmer over there. Its my personal experience... : )

Hi Friend, I agree with B2B... Just spend a bit of $$ and approach small claim for help.... But remember have to note down every process & detail you gone thru with them.... Also, have to make clear what you need them to do for you.... Of course, be prepare to compromise as well if they are prepare to do something for you. As end user, all we want is just a solution to the problem on our purchase. Cheers

Hi All, Went down to Lifestorey on Wed to check this sale... Aiyo! found out my ghost chair price drop leh! Anyway after finalising my new purchase, I decided to voice out my unhappiness. To my surprise, the manager gave me an extra discount to buffer my previous sales! Way to go man!
