ya man... A briefing to the respective person involved would solve a lot of hipcups. Thank for the answer.. I hope HDB will approved my bracket to be installed outside the MBR. The current compressor is above the covered roof of the balcony. And my contractor can't find a way from the second floor to gain entry to the compressor....So weird...we speculate the compressor must have been installed before the roof was layed.

I think you better be there to see the installation or let the project manager know...if not...it can be problematic based on my experience. Btw, I intend to install the compressor outside the MBR just like u did. The permit to do so from HDB is the job of the renovation company or we need to apply ourself?

Actually Native.. You don't have to apologise for telling some of the forummers that Ah Soon is a registered contractor. People like us who have been looking for contractors or ID needs to verfiy the facts ourselves. They can go to HDB site to check or just simply ask Ah Soon. Afterall, we are spending our own reno money. Is our own decision. Sharing information is part of this forum's culture. And most of us are mature adults; we should do our own weightage and decision. I support your hubby leh. I have been using dettol to clean my walls and floor... Kinda chase away the lizards. And Yes! Less Lizards' ****! You let me know hor.. if Kiwi is better.. I don't like dettol smell.
