Previous owner has airon. <- Yes. Yup. I did a relocating of my compressor to my MBR. The previous compressor was at the balcony above the roof. Thus, it is fairly impossible to do any servicing of the air-con. (* check with ex-owner and they did not do any servicing before. *) If I place on the existing location, the only way to service is the little window in the MBR..which is directly under my TV. Yup. New piping and trunking are done.

Yup. You can ask your air con contractor to apply for a permit. (*subject to approval*) Is hanging outside the MBR. Your main door will face sun light a not, brother? If yes, might turn yellowish?

Yup. He passes us the catalogues to choose. Was suprised when we went over yesterday to take a look at our flat and first coat of painting is done. The color was only confirm during that night we met up with u and him.

lols.. true also lah...but my wife contribute to the reno cost also.. heehee. Although, I am the one swipping all the cards and cheque.

Brother....maybe this is a blessing in diguise leh.. You get to design it all by yourself. heehee. Even when my wife is doing the design and detail planning, during our discussion, sparks does fly also. so hor...pro and con lah.

Fannie, sayang her...also secondly because...I think she is a better decision maker in certain part of the reno...haha..She is willingly to share the burden of overseeing the reno with me..I think have to appreciate that. haha Chip&dale: your hubby also har... heee...that mean we are working towards world peace liao. Reno can really turn couples crazy and sometimes, unnecessary stress.

Wah...Minimalist...I think I can't do it.. Minimalist require more planning on design than other. You must be armed with a list of design u wanted to do now. haha My house theme is all set by my wife...lols. Hmmm...have you tried going down to the office with all these photos taken and request to see their boss? I hope it helps; and tell him you will send these photos to the press. And request to change another project manager. Since he said his boss is a stingy man... Is a good time to pay this man a visit and show him these photos. Hmm..I do sincerely hope they can rectify it soon for you.
