Of all things..u think of highlighter...lols.. The first thing the color associated with in my mind is the car...followed by M1. Your choice of Yellow is towards darker yellow...I see before greenish yellow....really like highlighter and it did strain my eye. Black + this yellow is nice de.

Agree with Angel. + utimately, they still need to climb up to bath ya? Downstair only has a WC. If you have no plan for another bedroom...can tell them to shift up and u intend to use the utilty room as storeroom, cause the other bedroom too big to use as storeroom and not good to be vacant....then next time, if u got little baby, easier for them and yourself to take care of the little one's needs upstair.

Ok la...Having a WC in the first floor is good.. Don't have to climb up and down to ssshhh shhh...heehee. My WC in the kitchen is very small also. Most probably, will stink to death when u do big business..haha...Just kidding! For parent, having a toilet in the first floor is good. What to do...With old folks around. Bounce to have some comments either to our likings or not. heehee. Your EM is near MRT station...and the supermarkets..so marketing also easy for your parent...so I think your EM is a good buy. I discourage my wife from buying EM also...as I am worry about her if pregnant...Climbing stairs pose some danger.. Hmm...but...after a while, we think life is unpredictable. don't say climb stair, go up bus or escalator is the same thing.. fated.. haha... Anyway, also a form of execrise for your parent to climb stairs.. heehee.
