I am also finding it so so hard to decide on which laminate to use. I have mosaic in between the cabinates and as such my ID is suggesting that I use plain so that the mosaic will complement. If I use anything that has a pattern it will be too much. I was thinking about using gloss but am worried about the scratches that might be easily seen after a while. Can anyone comment on that as I am planning to use black and white laminate.

Hi Does anyone here know how long it will take to get approval from HDB to demolish a wall in between the kitchen and service balcony. I was told by a contractor that it can take up to 3 weeks. I feel that it is a bit too long.

Hello All Just wanted to get some advise on tiles. I will be renovating my kitchen soon. I need to know if the tiles from China or Malaysia are off better quality. I have one contractor telling me China and the other Malaysia. As such I am abit confused. Please help. Thanks in advance
