(my personal n humble view) What rule is that?seller can pay during 2nd appt n buyer not? contra can n not 1st time buyer? Does she has any balck n white to prove what she said? I am 1st time buyer...my 1st place...i am also paying only during 2nd appt. N there no such ruling that u buyer will oay first n etc. pai sey angel...personally i am not trying to stir up any bad feeling against u n agent(i somba! ) just that i hate pple that are not truthful lor. It ok for u to pay her...not an issue but y must tell u what ruling seller can pay 2nd appt n etc la. I just feel that u want to hit target okie...at least be truthful to the customer...i am sure u will help if u can...but not by telling u some stories that deosnt exist?Not fair to u at all...at least when u pay for the commission...u also wish to learn some truth in the process?
