Yes.in fact i do have cove light n down light in my mbr,living,kitchen as well. I am only going to meet him this friday to confirm all the tiles as well.I think i better go ask around for the prices, then when he confirm the number of lights, i will just get it.

Qn: 1) Do we ask the lighting shop to install for us of get Uncle man to do it? 2) How do we know how many lights to get?Will they be able to advise us?How much will usually a downlight cost? 3)For kitchen and toilet accessories, do we need to do some measrement before we go n get?Or we can just get any we like and Uncle will get his man to do according to our items? I am starting to get abit directionless.....hopw i wont be clueless in the midst of renovation. Thanks precious....i will drip by to the shop for a look... Time is limited as we going to start our reno on 08/06...so just wanted to get all things ready before the reno start...in case we dont have the time to do it. Got to ask around so that we can just find a few good shop n zoom in....

Last weekend was busy with finalising the tiling...so this week will be looking at lighting and some bathroom/kitchen accessories. Some name i have heard of will be royal franco....wonder if there any recommendation for the lighting or where is good/realiable to get those accessories? i compare with Uncle soon quote...of cos i think u will have less headache and hands on with Henry. I will find him as a good choice. reasonable pricing....i was reffered by a colleague who have done up 3 condo with him.so I find he should be realiable.
