thanks...actually long story.... as the height of my place only 2+m, under HDB regulation,we need to maintain certain height and also if we have a full false ceiling...it will be a prob to us(cos of our height).But we need false ceiling for downlight,our contractor suggest us to have this design, so that in the event if we need to sell the unit...HDB will close 1 eye since the ceiling only affect certain area. that how we manage to get this design lor...i must say...it turn out better than i expected....credit all to my wifey..

thanks for the offer....the prob is.... tmr we meeting jospeh at our place ard noon. we need to order our lighting in balestier while waiting for him Hopefully we can speak to carpenter....then got to go family dinner with PD family...so u can see it really tight lor... tt y our plan is..IMPOSE on PJ home early morning...go to new place, travel to balestier,go back to new place to meet jospeh,wait for u to chat, then go dinner.....
