hehehehe...mine was bought for a steal...cos i kiasu...went HDB to track the result for last 10 years....mine is cheapest...so no complain la... Val 470k, paid 440k. Cos the rate over here for 5 room usually is 520-540k for my area...at its peak..it was sold near to 600k....cos mine is pretty near to city...that y..

npw on the whole...place for hdb all high liao la...not say a particluar area la...really got to dig for it also to have value buy.... U see..u also got 2 storey kopi tiam...cannot say poor lor.....

OMG!!it happen again??...it really disgusting to hear the same issue happen to u again. Especially you got to fight with the painters...which i think it way too much!! In my opinion, i believe that Uncle should do his due dilligent to check if the painter cut corner...it should not be customer job. It happen to me the other time round, which same thing happen as i was doing a spot check during odd hours. Which i did mentioned n highlight to Ah Soon not to use the same group of painter...but sad to say...it still happen. Just hang on okie...get what u supposed to get...stand firm on it....

hehehehe...cos i was also surprise to see my altar photo ma..hehehehe he is a carpenter....he does has as a company of his own and he is also taking project from ID as well. yes..all my other cupboard lor....so far working with hims has been my pleasure...no cpmplain cos his committment and also quality.There quite a lot of RT forum carpentry which is done by him. He use to be taking Ah Soon projects, however has stop doing so due to some differences.... U can go FB and look for Ah Wei Carpentry club...got a few RT forumers carpentry picture to show...

yes....i in fact i also share in my blog. It make me super angry as well. Like what u mentioned, it more like intergrity n not the $$ part. That y i told them they can paint all they want.....until i see they paint using the exact paint i want, i will take it as incomplete. In fact i am very surprised that this till happen. As Uncle did mentioned that he will ensure such things wont happen after my incident.

Hi Seashell, Can totally understand how u feel.cos i face alot of prob with paint. may i know what kind of paint did they use? Cos i think they are known to be cases they use some unknown brand rather that ici or nippon that customer choose. N even sometime to touch up or repaint...they will use those cheaper paint to do it...so u better be firm n beware ba.. my 2cts worth...

i think u can ask....or ask him sell u 2 simliar height of the table frm abc series lor...can try
