I mean to be fair...i expect he will have certain bottleneck when he biz start to grow too big for him to handle at all.It will be tough for him to maintain certain consistency...let alone be attending to all request. He is indeed cheap and chin chye. I mean there is no best in both world...to enegage him...there will be something i need to be realistic about as well. I am just trying my very best to manage my expectation on what the road ahead. I learn alot from your blog too...more well informed on what to expect. I just hope that quality and workmanship wont be compromise no matter what. i still believe thatthere is no perfect renovation in this world. Look on the bright side...been able to project management ourself, we learn more about our home, what need to be done, make more friends and of cos, we appreciate the final product for what we have been through...not all is that bad.

actually we wanted PD door as well...met Uncle a few weeks ago and he was telling us about having lots of problem in PD door...therefore he wont be dealing with it anymore. but will pass the contact. After hearing this....decide to give PD door a miss
