one of them is lighting.com.sg right? yupz..went in there..but they only got branded (philips) so a little more expensive..dont have no brands lights. not just looking at prices..just want to be sure of their after sales service (if lights spoil) those sort of things read about this place in sunos/ubi area..almost every single post is a bad review..i also went there to have a look..prices were really cheap..but i banned them from my list just from reading the reviews

Hi. I am planning to only install a fan only in my bedroom. Not planning to install any other lights. Looking at the sensa 4 and 5 from Malaysia. It says it comes Equipped with white and blue LED illumination light. But from the photo in the website. I don't seem to see any lighting. Can I check what kind of lighting is that and is the brightness is sufficient for one room size? A photo will help if anyone can help. Thanks.

Hi all, Just bought a 5 room resale HDB flat. 122sqm. Will be getting my keys probably late Mar or early Apr. However I will be going for a 3 weeks holiday late Apr thus thinking of starting the renovation in late May. Is it too early to contact contractors to request for quotes and stuff? Or should I wait for a little while more? Flat is 30 years old. Should I do a overhaul of the electrical wires? What about water pipings? Things that I am going to do or thinking of doing for the new house Previous owner made an additional room using false walls so will need to tear them down. Previous owner also knock down the wall to the storeroom to make a walk in wardrobe. Want to restore the storeroom. Kitchen cabinets. Painting of the whole house. Toilets have just been overhauled by HDB for the Home Improvement Programme so no need to do anything. Still thinking whether to re tile. Will have a look at it again before deciding. Also thinking whether to make built in wardrobes and shoe racks. How much would be a rough estimate for the things that I want to do? Did I miss out anything? Any recommendations for places to get lights? Any particular brands? Any recommendations for places to get fans? Any particular brands? Lastly, any recommendations for contractors?
