if u can afford 30+ per bulb.. the bulbs are mostly made in china...according to friends in the trade...not stable...break down easily...not many shops want to sell them

i think the fella qouted u stainless steel gate...which i think is normally aboout 800... no such thing as wrought aluminium gate....its either wrought iron or aluminium gate... dun go for aluminium gate....it is softer..hence easier for thief to pry open...wrought iron is harder...about $400+ for good one....stainless steel also good..but exp...

yes..price is pretty cheap...but the regret us that my door grille paint coating is very thin. window panes alignment is bad, resulting some adjusting to close window. 1 latch broke off after afew days...screws are installed slanted, etc.

tap is $85, black stone sink is $220 both from tiong yong. they are really cheap..comparing the whole of jln besar, balestierand geylang. look for janet poh...not related to me...but were from same kampong as me. btw....i have a 1160mm long stone sink for sale at $80, spain made..unopened. pedestal basin @$120...a cheapo rain shower for $30..and lots of oyama window privac y film. renovation left over sales.... and yeak managed to mount the top mount stone basin as undermount! fridge is panasonic from mega discount shop. buttons are for quick freeze..child lock..and energy saving mode....

if i had knew our water pressure is good...would have bought the V5..shower panel cum heater...for 388.......ok..gotto go work in ew house now

i lagi worse....change engine..change landing gear....troubleshoot fuel tanks...etc...

buy those down lights w/o any ballast is much better...save more power... i bought 20 for $15ea...2 tubes per lights....

so sorry couldn't make it to yr house...we lost track of time...picked up polly at 930am....went out to courts in the morning at 10am...to chk prices...then went kelantan lane buy a small sink...had lunch...then met Mr Yeak for door, paint and laminate discussions...then went down to mega discount at katong..pop by whidajar furniture shop....by the time we were done...it was 930pm.....

i myself bring ice cream home or eat ice cream there also have to pay ar....but i can buy u ice cream if got chance... we make it a point to use the best ingredient...you look into his store room, u'll see alot of "branded" ingredients....actually cos my master chef takes alot of pride in making good ice cream.... btw...my master chef conducts ice cream making class in the serangoon shop also...

or spend $8.50 for a pint of fantastic ice cream at Pukka...hehe

buy a cusinart machine lor....very easy to make ice cream thats better than haagan daz...hehe can make sorbet also...sorbet easiest....just use real fruit juice... ice cream...slow cook milk or cream at 65degrees...with egg yolk..sugar...add vanilla seeds for vanilla flavour...add dark choc for choc...etc...

just sleeping partner lar Pukka ice cream....one a serangoon...another one at NUs prata shop vicinty.... my fave is cheesecake ice cream with blue berry mix...

this model garantee can make good ice cream...the kenwood..philips and panasonic....50-50%
