Hehe thanks so far we are very pleased with our contractor's work...very prompt and fast. Most of the workers are also friendly and will chit-chat with my husband when he went there to take a look at their work. So we don't mind buying free drinks and food for them hehe.

If you go to JB, there is a shop in City Square which has a lot of interesting clocks on sale. Most of them only costs around $50 to $100. I got two of my wall clocks there: Kitchen - got it for ard SGD 60 Living Room - got it for ard SGD 80 Name of the shop is Hommy, located at 4th floor of City Square.

haha interestingly just now they called up my husband and told him that they are writing a cheque to refund us for the V6 fan...cos apparently the manufacturer is now selling the fan at a lower price so they are refunding us the price difference of around $38 via check...but need to go down there to collect.

Hmm, I know altogether my electrical works is ard 1.5k...but I did some re-wiring plus installation of new switches and lights...so now sure how much they charge just for installing lights...

Shouldn't be a problem...cos yours just a few items right? Mine got quite a lot but she gave them to me within a week... My carpentry should be done soon...either end of this week or early next week...so can go to my blog to take a look

Hmm just a difference for $10... I think for me I will just forget about it...so far I am pleased with their services and all my lights are delivered promptly to my place today. My electrician will be installing the lights by tomorrow so shall see whether all of them work tomorrow.

Haha got...this is the light that we will place directly on top of our bed... Going to use warm light as well...not bright enuff so we will have some spotlights shining in front of the partition wall separating our bedroom and WIW area...the WIW area we will use the light from IKEA - Cesium Yea the living room light costs ard $36...we will be having 2 of those flanking the light from the V6 fan, using white light. Should be bright enuff since got two of them plus the light from the fan...

Light to be used in living room (beside the V6 fan) and in bathrooms The person who served us is very patient and helpful...he helped to suggest which lights to be used and which one can match our colour scheme...we also made quite a number of changes to our previous order but he let us change to new lights without any complaint...thumbs up!

Hehe thanks At first wanted to get air cond for both the study room and also living room but then decided to get ceiling fans to save electricity...

Hmm if me I would feel uncomfortable also...don't just decide based on one quotation, do shop around for me. For me, I went for 3 quotations by IDs and 2 quotations by contractors before I finally made a decision. And so far, we have not regretted our decision

Got..they got quite a number of designs...I bought another poster clock from them as well to be placed inside the kitchen... But this particular clock is the very last piece...I had to get the display set lol...but the lady boss gave me 10% discount hehe. The name of the shop is Hommy...once your purchase more than RM 100 can get their membership free, then subsequent purchases will all be given 10% discount The shop is at the 4th floor of City Square, right next to Popular.
