Maybe thats not quite a good idea as the spray paint would easily come off over pvc surface. This is esp so in wet areas in toilets. Else, you may like to rough the surface for better paint grip using sandpaper puiror to the spraying

My wash basin and the supporting base panel is transparent glass type and thus the white pvc bottle trap and pipes below are visible from the top when washing. Comtemplating on changing to all chrome. Will chrome grow algea and rust over time? My ID qoute 230 for chaning the bottle traps and whole connecting pipes to chrome for 2 toilet wash basins. Is it reasonable?

i see. So whats the difference between cornice vs cement powder? I suppose cornice is stronger from your advice? Putty is for filling holes in wall? Cement also can? For aircon piping gaps, use which type? Where can i get the grouting powder? Any place sells this 3M grouting protector? I saw homefix selling cement (white/black), putty and cornice powder. Please shed some light on the differences betweeb these. I have the idea that all three are the same and can be used interchangeably for tiles grouting, filling up gaps on aircon pipings, and holes on wall and false ceilings.
