Deep scratch can be filled up with wood "plaster" that you can buy from those DIY store. I recommend getting expert to polish the floor and fixed it.
-
PMed you. Please note that this is not the cheapest contractor in town, but likely the most years experienced and top workmanship. i.e No gap between grilles to wall, steady and no need maintenace, etc
-
Hope you will post your experience and quotation here for reference

I found some pricing and description of the bathtub FOR SINGAPORE HDB APARTMENTS The fiber glass white bath tub is very useful a Cost: S$400. Length = 38", 43", 46" Width = 27" Height = 23"
-
hehe, that's really classic quotation. By the way the picture of the bathtub is a plastic tub, which is sold by some spa MLM company for around 300-400 if I am not wrong. I googled the company is call Grand Sun.

I like the way you analyse the situation ... hehe very pro. -
My dad only remember total cost of shifting the water/electric meter = $550 (exclusive of $200 for the HDB permit) ... so total cost for shifting is $750. They don't remember the false wall price because included in total reno. sorry. As for the windows or doors, got his own people to do it...so supplier price.

Hi Rendell, What do u mean by fixed glass panel? Is it one that does not have a swing door. Bingo Cause I only want a glass partition without the swing door. Can u PM me the supplier contacts too? Thanks! PMed Can anyone tell me if it is ok by not constructing a shower kerb at the shower screen? Yes, it is ok. PMed

l would like to know how long does contractor/Id people takes to have actual measurement upon viewing the house??? Max 1 hour, fast and experience one 15-20min l have given them the floorplan but they insists on viewing to see if they able to do it n take actual measure on the house n watsoever n will finalise the actual price due to what we wanted. Make sure you are not bluffing them and you really got a house to renovate. 1hr will that be enough for them? Enough, but the owner will be quite irritated with the number of people coming Cause l have narrow down to 5 firm-and l dont want them to bump to one another, how can that be avoided? 1. Ask each of them to wait for you at different carparks or different nearby coffee shop. 2. Tell them to wait for you and go up view house together 3. When the previous ID left, just call them to come up straight away with some buffer time. Will they get mad if we dont take up their offer on the spot, Of course they will be mad if you reject out right. Tell them you will call them once you confirm later on because you have 1 more ID quotation. will they charge us for their time?? Unlikely, just buy them some drinks if you feel bad

That would look very nice, if you have resort or spa theme. But if you think of long term, you may get sick of it.
