  17. l would like to know how long does contractor/Id people takes to have actual measurement upon viewing the house??? Max 1 hour, fast and experience one 15-20min l have given them the floorplan but they insists on viewing to see if they able to do it n take actual measure on the house n watsoever n will finalise the actual price due to what we wanted. Make sure you are not bluffing them and you really got a house to renovate. 1hr will that be enough for them?
