I met with my contractor today and decided to have another small counter that come with pull out baskets added on beside my fridge since my fridge is only 60cm wide. another $300 burn. haha. I was thinking that small counter can be my pantry area, at least to put bread or vacuum flask hot water. In a really small home, we can only think of utilizing the area as much as possible.

nice layout!

U also at boon keng area? There's lot of food around that area, but one thing is i'm too lazy to even walk abit.. .haha. Cos i'm pampered with my current home at Old Airport Road, there's the famous hawker center right downstairs.

Wanted to get a set wickers high bar table with 4 stools at $1400. But husband disagree due to safety reason. So in the end we got something similiar to this for our balcony... at $950

I'm using contractor. Impress 21. Quite well known in this forum. My budget less than 15k for renovation, so i select contractor, at least i can do more with less Now planning to add in one more item, kitchen counter top just beside the fridge area, since my fridge is quite slim, i'm thinking of doing a counter top beside it.

Hi all, This is my first time attempting a blog. I have been in this forum for past years while waiting for our 2nd nest's keys. Finally gotten it. Below is the floor plan. Its a 4-room HDB at boon keng road.... The room, kitchen and bathrooms essential furnishing has been done up, so my renovation involves only some touches up. Stay tuned to more pictures
