i heard the same story about the white grout from the master tiler today. he say the grout they use is $6 per kg one. much more ex than ordinary ones.. one cent money one cent goods.. it just shows that yeak is not just out there to earn $. he also wants to give his customers the best.

planning to get these switches too. mind pm me the prices? and have you check with other places whether there is any silver backing? the info i got from legrand distributor is that as these switches are originally designed for conceal so it doesn't come with silver backing. since you sprayed it yourself, have you tried whether the paint will come off easily? scared it will and in the long run it will look like sh!t.

met the legendary tiler this evening.. friendly and approachable chap who will give many wonderful suggestions and ideas. he is just la... feel so good letting him do my house. anyway here's what done today. - the old store entrance is sealed - new store in kitchen erected. - tiles for one side of kitchen wall is up. - wall tiles for master bathroom is up too today's visit to the house is not planned (went up to discuss some issues) so never bring camera up. but will be going up tomorrow again to take some pics. so stay tuned!

yup.. think mine quite alot......... anyway i am thinking of using silver colored switches.. but heard that those are designed for concealed use and there no silver colored boxes to hold the silver face plate. is this true? anybody here have used/seen these care to advice? TIA!!!

ya... alot of raw materials in and alot of debris out also.. yeak said 4 lollie to dispose everything... 2 for the hacked walls + tiles and 2 for the wood.

ya. i am building a store room in the kitchen and seal up the existing storeroom entrance. so after tiling is plumbing? need to plan my time to go get the WCs and toilet accessories.

it's 2.5 days... ya.. hack quite a number of things actually only the floor and windows are kept.. all the rest have to go..

went up last night and the hacking is almost complete. asked the hacker and he says need another half a day or so.. i guess by now everything should be hacked. Will go up again tonight to take some pics and do a bit of preparation work for the electricals... getting more and more things is a common practice for everyone.. haha.. but i think you can manage your storage lah
