SO and I are intending to get this. Any feeback from current users and what's the current promo for queen size? What other alternatives are there? So far, we only found mattress with foam for top layer or mix with spring coils. Only tempur is fully foam. Is it warm for Singapore weather too?

Seriously I find Urban Vista overprice. And it's good fr rental though coz of the room sizes and proximity to MRT. But some rooms are so small that I won't own stay there. But you may like its proximity to MRT. I rather have more space.

yes, it doesn't matter if it's a male or female. as long as good. if u let the one agent handle ur case, he'll be able to get the best price for u. (that is if he is a good one). but if u get help from many agents, they may just try to sell/help u buy the flat asp so u may not be getting the best price. prob not, as they'll want to close the deal fast.
