I am looking for reliable and not too expensive contact to revarnish the parquet. Any to recommend? Also, I bought these are Millenia Walk yesterday. Vie drinking glasses which look like so so quality but they were cheap in nice shapes. So bought 18 in all. And the Luminarc Trianon 20 pcs set at only $68!! More details of this set here. Bought 2 box sets coz we wanted at least 8 sets. And the funny thing is the both of don't really cook! And we got these so soon coz it looked like a good deal. I didn't even want a plain white set at first unless it has nice patterns. And these have spiral waves at the side. Not the design I love best but oh well, it fit our budget and criteria.

This is the common toilet and we're probably going to change toilet seats only. Not even the shower head. All lights are warm in this house so we're loving it. Will add more pics after taking them when I go over later.

The kitchen is rather spacious and quite big, especially when compared to new projects. I am going to cook coz I shouldn't let the kitchen go to waste. Haha... Don't need to replace anything, just need to clean it up and add a microwave oven with grill.

I got the keys to my place yesterday and went in to take a look. Previous owner left it neat. Here are some pics of the living area. They left all the lightings behind. To save money, we're only going to change the lights in the dining room, entrance and outside the common toilet. I like the current house colour coz it is warm and inviting but we're probably changing it to a lighter white shade.

This is the set I got, Made of porcelain and made in France. It is microwavable and I didn't want all white at first unless there's patterns on it. 1 set is meant for 6 pax. This isn't my first choice of pattern but it was cheap to me at $68 so we bought it. I like the feel and that it an be used for both more formal and casual setting. Anyone know if this brand is good?

How much is one set usually? Saw Luminarc porcelain set going a $68 and thought should be cheap. Bought the last 2 sets there and added soup bowls and rice bowls and 1 big fish serving plate. Is a set of 20 going at $68 cheap? Will share pics soon. What about cutlery? What's the norm price?

I just found out the name of the lamp and it is by designer Jeremy Pyles. Anyone tried using Jeremy Pyle Pharos pendant lamps like those above? Is it hot? I am thinking of using 3 pieces of the first one above my dining table. Also, I was told the LED version of the clear bulb may be available in the market sometime soon. Is it true?? Hope someone can enlighten me here.
