Hi Don't think u will need to forfeit your deposit. I remember Henry telling me that as long as the date of the reno has yet to be confirmed or set, he will return the deposit to owners if they feel not comfortable. But he also said that must be reasonable lah, don't reno going to start tomorrow then today u sudden say u want to pull out everything. Perhaps u can call to tell him that u want to pull out and see what he says?

Hi Shaggydog, not too sure if u got the name correctly. If u r refering to You Long Zi, the one from Geylang, he doesn't charge 5 digits for house audit. I got him to select date for my first hse house moving. He charged $50 for the date selection. Colleagues went to him to select child's name and it's $100 with quite a no of selection. I enquired about the charge for 4-room hse audit before, it's about $500 - $600. But I didn't engage him in the end. I understand your good intention to share your contacts in the forum. Don't worry, if your master is good, she will bound to have endless customers in the Q. Words of mouth recommendation is a more powerful tool/influential than u can imagine. Hi Home169, my bro no time to reply u cos my sister-in-law & nephew have just left for Penang again...Think he is very busy chionging around... Henry got two staff; Ivy who is in charge of quotations, coordinating with the designers for the 3Ds etc.. Another guy by the name of Tony who is the site supervisor for the on-going projects. They are very nice people. Especially Tony... Very honest and humble guy who will try his best do everything swee swee... I deal a lot with him for my reno... Ivy not blur lah.. she is just shy... Always so polite & friendly and her memory is better than Henry loh...When I whatspps her the little stuff I need to rectify, she coordinated it well and got the sub-cons to check within the next 1 or 2 working day.... Or maybe Henry pretended to forget my request? Cos I have been giving him headache?

My Bifold door will also auto close by itself if I don't close it properly. I still get scared by it at times even thou my bro has warned me beforehand that this is the biggest problem of bifold door. Yah, agreed that all 707 heaters are good. The water pressure for my 707 compact is almost the same if not stronger than the princeton. And Compact is $100 plus cheaper that Princeton. Even the agent for 707 heaters also mentioned that Princeton does not have any special qualities (SPA effect/ different water pressure etc) as compared to Protek. The selling point is the big showerhead. Just sharing my views for new owners. But, I still feel that 707 heaters are still the best in the market and the after sales service is good. Just a phone call, they came almost instantly to change the damage part with no questions asked
