Hi Poko, nope, it is just nice. I have a full 10ft settee cum storage across the living room hence there is not much issue with the dimensions. The purpose of the LCD feature is to separate the foyer from the living room and also for storage purposes.

An update on my curtains, very prompt services. Came over today to do measurement and confirm on the fabrics today.

Just went to Tanjong Katong Complex to order roman blinds for the house. Quite a reasonable price. If anyone wants the contact let me know.

Finally, after 6 weeks of waiting, I received a call today informing that my sofa & bed has arrived. Told the sales person to arrange to deliver soonest possible. I received a call-back shortly and furnitures will come later in the evening! I thought that was pretty neat! Here are some of the pictures.
