Hiyee benjamin.. actually the above scenerio is similar to ours.. except that the sellers refused to move out and had wanted to handover 2 mths later..and they only notified us few days b4 the 2nd appt... we emailed the officer in charge .. and she did said that she can extend the date of our 2nd appt.. to a later date.. but there is a deadline to complete the whole resale transaction.. ^^ ..

Heh.. at least now we know Mark "Chut" pattern de.. wahahha... Hmm.. let me know the progress k.. if it is up by mon morning.. hehe.. cos if it is, then i m going to call eric to handle our case oso.. wahahaahaha... i changed from susan ( disappeared without soultions.. and promises to call but the calls never came ) to Mark ( 2nd time rescheduling and endless compaining) .. so if they both can't handle, i m going to pass it to Eric le.. ^^ Gam Siah!!!!!!

Hmm.. i think if recommend Eric is still oki.. but wait and c first.. cos i dun find them very responsible.. when problem arises, they blame my main contractor for not hacking the roof down for them.. which is ridiculous .. cos the didn't pay our main contractor for roof.. we paid wellmax.. so y should our main contractor do their dirty job for them? In any case, i m sick of Mark kept bad mouthing our main contractor.. zzzzzzzzz... and our main contractor has not even said a single thing abt mark or wellmax.. zzzzzz....

Hi Dyleen.. u not the only suay one.. it makes the 2 of us ^^ .. our hacking of the roof has been resheduled by Mark from mon to tues.. now from tues to wed.. Those with Mark.. u have to keep pressing him and tell him ur dates.. do not leave it to him to contact ur main contractors.. cos chances are, he won't. Those wif Eric, like wat dyleen says.. still thumbs up

For us, mark told me last week that hacking will commence on tues.. he msg poh yesterday and said changed it to wednesday .. i m still waiting to see if it will happened. Same sentiments exactly, dun think i will recommend them to my friends.. though there r some satisfying wellmax customers there.. but i think my experiences wif them tells me how responsible they are.. so... haiz.. Envy u!! not the working part.. lol.. but the renovation done part^^ .. enjoy ur new home k.. .. dun 4get new pics if u have the time.. heh..

Hi.... hmm.. was there any black and white written down during ur neg wif the buyer to rent u the place for 2 mths? if there is, then u can use it against the buyer.. another alternative is.. if u r not urgent for the sales to go thru, email the HDB officer that attended to u on ur first appt.. and ask for reschedule of the 2nd appt and let her know the reason .. it can buy u at least another 2 weeks or so.. the officer will advise u when is the last date u have to go thru wif the sales of the house.. another alternative.. if ur new unit's renovation is abt done, then u engaged movers to move ur items and placed it in an empty room that is already done.. lastly... TAKAN THE AGENT!! the agent is supposed to work out the best deal for ur interests!

I hope mine is not too.. fingers crossed that Mark's contractor will turned up tomolo and hack the existing roof down and install the new one.. cos so far no more calls from him...
