Last updates on our windows/grillz/roof installation by wellmax Everything is up and installed. all the windows latches has been powder coated.. however.. 1 of the MBR window latch "drop-off" .. not sure if it is the HDB guy that came to re-install the balcony piping or whoever else.. realised it when i saw the "drop-off" latch on top of the aircon switches. Here is the conclusion of Wellmax.. though the prices r cheap.. but i find their workmanship lousy. my current home grillz and windows, even after more than 12 yrs. everything is still intact.. even after we hang stuff onto the latch etc.. or after yrs of constant latching and unlatching... i think max give these windows 3 yrs.. and the latches etc will start to deteriorate.. However.. me and HTB decided to just leave it and not contact wellmax again.. not a very pleasing experience and we rather put the wellmax saga behind us..

Is oki.. lol.. my family has 4 tigers.. my parents, and my 2 sisters are all tigers.. and i m the only dragon in the family.. and we r still 1 big happy family!!! lol.. there will be squabbles definately.. but which family doesn't?

Now only left some minor electrical work.. and i told Yeak to repaint some parts of the house.. apparently.. the guy who painted our house.. his skills is not very good.. lol.. can still c traces of the previous owner's handiwork.. like where the living room light used to be.. there is still a "dark" stain on the ceiling.. and the feature wall in the living room oso.. very uneven.. hehe.. yeak says np.. he will do until we r satisfied.. wahahahahah.. lol.. and the carpentry work will start ard tues.. yeak says will take abt 3-4 days to complete the carpentry work.. ^^

Hmm.. we using yeak.. i think he is kind of ID cum contractor.. lol.. u have to let him know ur concept or wat u want .. then he will tell u if it is feasible etc.. he did gave us an idea of how our cabinets, toilet vanity top would look like etc.. so it is oki.. Ours is consider major renovation.. cos everything in the house cannot be kept.. and everything has to go.. so it took abt 6-8 weeks.. which is normal for most major renovation works..
