Yup.. that is wat i told poh too.. agent is trying to help us to get appt to inspect the house tonite.. cos tomolo is the 2nd appt le.. but up to now.. bo news.. i told poh.. if tomolo they still not ready to hand over.. we r not going to sign anything.. so the $$ cannot be transferred to them.. and they will have to face music from the other seller.. and i told poh we r not going to have any verbal communication wif them at the inspection ( is there is any) .. we get the agent to pass the word to them if we find anything wrong wif the house.. yesterday we nothing to do.. went up to peek.. to c if they had moved anything.. lol.. pots and pots of plants is still outside the house.. .. I WANT MY MATRIMONY HOME!!!! lol I m sure they have relatives that can temporary house their mum .. be it a few days or weeks.. and i told poh to tell the agent to relate to them.. we r their buyer.. not problem solver.. if they wanna my consultation, they gotto pay me .. i know i m mean.. but.. have to be ruthless once lah.. no choice.. before all these happened.. i still tell poh they like very poor thing le.. if no place to stay.. then after that day incident.. the auntie scolded poh.. she asked poh if he kiam pak! wah.. that raises my blood lvl.. lol..

Btw.. Polly is me.. Poh is my htb.. ^^ I checked wif 1 of my crew friend who is a part time agent.. he told me to padlock the house is illegal.. even if the house belongs to us and the sellers r not in the house.. so long as their belongings is in there.. we can't padlock it. In any case.. what we can do.. is to go down afer handover to see if the owners had vacant the place.. if they hasn't, then we will just call the police.. produce the ownership letter from HDB.. and the police will give them 24hrs to leave the house.. otherwise, the police will charge them and they will have a crimminal record.. dun think they will dare to stay any longer than that.. cos they r grassroots leaders there... i m sure they wanna their "face" too.. lol.. To think our estate there is gonna have grassroots leaders wif this kind of caliber.. *pui* The agent.. Hmmmm..... no comments abt her... haiz.. lol.. i was reading up on info in HDB web today then realised we gotto buy fire insurance b4 the second appt..and to produce the cert on the 2nd appt... the agent didn't mention anything to us abt this.. nor remind us.. my crew told me the agent is suppose to help us buy this insurance.. but this bo leh.. haiz... Now just hope hor... everything soon soon.. 2nd appt come.. we turned up.. get the keys.. then everything swee swee... ^^

i think is based on preferences lo... i stayed in lots of hotels.. and had used both the rain shower and massage shower... still prefer the massage shower leh.. the rain shower.. looks good though.. but the shiokness lvl is just not there.. and it is "fixed" as in.. u can't remove it.. whereas for the massage shower head.. u can turn the dial to select the type of water flow u want and u can take it off the handle.. which i prefer.. cos i think i m abit psycho.. lol.. i like to remove it to bathe at times.. lol.. thorough cleaning.. wahahahahahaah
