been to a few places like millenia walk see see, but probably too steap as i expected. willing to spend around 2-5k on a few accessories with the "wow" effect. any where can recommend?

i realise some of u say ikea furniture not good la... not durable la... will spoil la but haven u tot about it? it is cheap? mm... let me try to give u some tips. 1st tip : DONT BE LAZY! why? cos if is wood stuff do some reinforcement like spreading strong sticky kind of paint over it... and also look better due to colour! =] 2nd : try to seal all the wooden areas with the paint and never let it touch water or be moist. 3rd : u know the thing 100kg dont put on it be nice there u go, simple wooden ikea furniture tips for it to last a life time =] cheers

jus wanna share with you all, after going to ubi see kingkoil simmons and sealy gallary. i intend to go parkway to have my dinner and also view aero at level 7, i saw the mattress centre along the jalan eunos area... mmm as u know la... my budget is around 3-4k i went in at 1st the impression was pretty much lousy, due to 1st story sell budget mattresses, but when i went upstairs they have many different brands and large collection for me to test... but still... heh... i still settled for Simmons Custom Royal! awsome stuff... i prefer firm mattresses so i kinda like that. Attitude wise is ok ok la... the one that served me was Tony, his knowledge is really wat impressed me. so i buy also not heart pain. his truthfullness is wat touch my heart too, he told me many Brand "secrets" too... hahaha... overall experiance is good thats why i willing to lay a 4k+ deal with him. thumps up for tony BTW Custom Royal is simpily awsome ;P hehe;x total dmg for me is $4,488 ( King Size ) + $400 ( fully customised bedframe to my requirement ) + 2 mattress protector + 2 memory foam pillows + 1 bolster = $ 4,888 I used 12 month installment with no extra charge and no gst. transport is free too ;P cheers for them~ whoohooooo i got my set just today~~ bought it 5 days back. they also nice enough to go to my old place to throw my old mattress away for me but is just a few blocks away :X
