Oh.. I see...... Anyway i notice st 93 many banglas.. My hubby say they live in 989B.. Anybody knew if this is true or maybe its just a wild guess from him?

oh top floor like that ah? i live 16th flr.. Oh gt mama shop ah.. Hmm i dono leh i only gt e keys on the 19th of feb. i apply 13th dec under the balloting system. anyway how long has all the flats in st 93 been ah? hdb say since oct 08 but i heard from this guy name ah seng frm 10th floor 989B that this flats has been ard quite some time.. well i think so too cause i find certain areas of the flat are discoloured . so dirty like nt brand new flat like that.

just wondering, do every in JW ST93 has a high ceiling like my unit??? i didnt realised that my unit is "considered high" ceiling till many ID's come and tell me and they quote my expensive for wardrobes.. According to them ceiling in my master bed room is 10feet and normal flats is 7ft.. they charge more than 2k for just wardrobes... gosh i just gt married in Dec and hence my budget is low... Haiz.. Anybody has same kind opf ceiling? how much do u spend for wardrobe?

hmm yalah i guess i have to just take things easy.. just very tense.. busy with work n all this stuff coming up.. how long in average do plp take to settle this hdb stuff and do a bit of stuff like doing kitchen cabinet and wardrobe.. experience frm urself, did u take long to move in after taking ur keys?

Hi hi this is the 1st time i am writing in this forum.. i have just got my keys last month.. i am in 989B.. just wanna check with you if u have problems with your floor tiles and windows when u 1st see the hse.. mine has got many hollows and hdb say that they need1month to redo the hse but the guy who come my hse, he is from hdb.. Lee Yong Wah.. Very rude guy.. He pulled a long face when i ask him to change this and that. He even remark, better tell everything once and for all and i dont want my guys end up keep repeating correction works in the same hse... hv u met him b4? did u redo anything from ur flat?

i have heard that roslan is okay but like hamid and sons really gives u high blood pressure. my mum just did toilet reno and just 1 toilet and there really is a lot of hidden cost and just for toilet and 1 wardrobe they took 1month n iweek to do and everyday they say they would come but they never did. You have to keep screaming and pushing. AZIZI contractor also is useless. Regret regret regret..
