Im actually deciding between the Hitachi top load or the Panasonic top load... Hitachi one look more compact while the Panasonic one look abit bulky... but not sure about their water consumption etc.. anyone any comments on the said models? which one is more durable etc? Also, only me and my wife using it, so not sure whether to get the 7kg or the 8kg one le... Thanks!

Yah... i have read abt it... just wondering why are they decided to lock it... maybe under pressure from WEIKEN? or because you have already made a police report? i think we should start a new thread over this issue... so u can share with us your follow-up action etc...

The KDK A11YS is specially designed for low ceiling... very suitable for HDB use... anyone used it b4 and any comments? Im thinking of getting this model.. would appreciate if anyone can comment on this particular model. thanks!

i have decided to cancel my order and forgo my 200 bucks deposit... as i think its too much risk involved based on their lousy reputation. i rather to lose my 200 bucks now than having so much prob in the future... potentially destroying my newly reno hse with water leakage etc.... no way! For instance, having a "non-cool" aircon just a week old is totally unacceptable. Just bad luck for me, i should have done my homework b4 buying it...

Anyone had any experience with Best Tech? Just purchased a sys 3 air-con from them in expo reno fair, but then come to know many bad comments abt them on renotalk... worry now...... Sad

haha... ya, one of my friend also living in FG, both the toilet wall tiles color really s*uck... but i think our FC ones not much better la... except that i can retain the WC since it is in white... as for the rest.. i'll still overlay them. i have not got my keys yet.. but "hopefully" will be getting it somewhere near mid-late July.

hiya.. thats y i was thinking to have my L-shape wardrobe placed just infront of the a/c ledge's window... and have a tic-tac door at the back of the wardrobe, an opening that you will need to access to the window for a/c servicing in the future... btw juezz, which blk are you from? have u received any loan letter yet?

Thats why i prefer Id over contractor as i need someone to supervise and coordinate things so me... btw, im still waiting for my keys... hopefully will be able to get it by July ba

Yah... the biggest challenge is to place my tv console in my long and narrow hall.. am thinking to hack away the kitchen wall and to extend a hollow wall out from the bomb shelter, so i can have a bigger space to fix my feature wall and tv console. btw, whats WIW?

but i'll have a hard time thinking about laying out my tv console and master room wardrobe...

Yah... looks long in the floor plan but many ppl have sneaked into the flat and commented that its **** small indeed... haa

Hi everyone.. here it is... my home sweet home to be... Personally i think hdb had done a fantastic job in making our life difficult by designing such a "weird" living room layout... As you all may see, there is no way i can place my tv console nicely in my living room without "chopping" it into half!! BUT..... (to be continue... )

I was quoted for 50k too.. their quote does not break down into individual item price so its very hard for me to compare... i requested them to break down the quote for me but they refused to... that's it... dropped from my list.
