hehe...yah.. can save abit on reno though... here's an update! Installing False ceiling. False ceiling done. Boxed up the piping of the living room aircon. To add on..there's also L boxes in all 3 bedrooms....with cove lightings.. Looks like im gona burn a big hole in my pocket on the amount of T5s required for the cove lights. Still have downlights, covelights, spot lights, foyer light to be fixed, switches, ceiling fan etc..for the electrical work. Next measurement for carpentry work...which is tomorrow..then painting of base coat...then installation of carpentry stuff...then final electrical points installation then final painting...then cleaning...then move in. I bought the same living room light too!! But i bought in in bangkok as for the price...very cheap about $90 SGD..but got to lug it back home ..

Thanks! I love the balcony too...which would be my favorite hide out . Its a HDB, Singapore's first DBSS in tampines central. Well as for the area, its not that big though...only 109sqm (5rm). The rooms are quite small though but i like the dinning and living area..

Well...thats what we want. A simple and modernistic appeal.. as for the balcony..im gonna go with full chengai wood decking and perhaps a water feature with bamboo outdoor lounge chairs..
