Hi firend, I strongly agree what you mention and your friend is lucky to enage one ID whom is good. I renovated my hpuse 2 yrs ago and I found that I'm lucky too. As after 8mths living in my house, I found out my ceiling and wall has lots of patches of mould. I called up my ID and I was so worried, he actually calm me down and come down to my house to have a look and try to solve the problem even though is not his fault.I was so grateful to him.
