Think now is probably time to feedback on the quality and workmanship of my ID since it has been about 3months that I have moved in. Things are still as good as new. Did have some minor issue with my false ceiling that got hairline cracks about 2 months after I moved in. The hairline cracks are caused by hacking activities by my upstairs neighbour. K patched up the cracks without any questioning. Now it looks as good as new. Other than the hairline crack, everything is good. thumbs up for K.

Hi I'm sorry I just saw your msg. I can't remember the colour code for the rooms -- need to check with my ID. room 2 has two shades of purples and room 3 is apple green.

Thought I should offer my experience with this shop since I just had my bedframe delivered last Saturday. Actually I was quite worried after putting my deposit for the bedframe and reading all the negative remarks about this shop. After making the order, I called them a few times to change my bedframe design and the guy who answered the phone was very friendly and patient even though I asked a few stupid questions. Delivery date was delayed, not by them but at my own request because of some clash of schedule on my part. A few days prior to delivery, they called to confirm delivery date and time and address. Items were delivered in good condition. The delivery guys (I suppose they are the boss' sons) even helped me unpack my mattress (that came before the bedframe) and placed it on the bedframe. After everything was done, they cleaned up the mess and brought the rubbish downstairs instead of simply throwing them at the centralised rubbish chute at the corridor like some inconsiderate deliverymen do. Overall, my experience with them is rather positive.

Hi bro skylimit, my ID installed the fan for me. Yup the fan wobbles a little bit, don't know why all KDK fans I have seen so far have this wobbling problem. When I switch to 1, the wind feels good to me. Probably because my living room is quite small, so the fan doesn't have to be at higher speed to feel the wind.

Entertainment system was the next time arrive. I noticed at the very last minute that the speaker cables that were laid inside the false ceiling were too short for the front speakers to be placed on the desired positions. Luckily the KEC folks were kind enough to help me extend the cables. They helped me mount my speakers on the wall and install/connect the speakers and TV and DVD player to the AVR. Everything was done in about 1 hour. "Test run" of the hi fi was fantastic. Although this is not exactly my dream entertainment system, but the quality of sound that it produces is on par with what I was aiming. Speaker Set + AVR which is hidden in the TV console Rear speakers Left, Right, Center and Subwoofer Washing machine was the last item delivered today, but I forgot to take any pic of it because it is tucked at the service yard. Being out of sight, it slipped my mind of snapping a pic of it

Our last batch furnitures were deliveries today. Sofa - Actually I had read some bad comments about the shop from which I bought the sofa. But we still decided to take the risk because we couldn't find other sofa that has such high backrest and of this kind of design. Luckily things all go smoothly and items arrive in good condition. By the way, I did some modification to the clock because I thought the clock looks rather boring. Hope the decals stick there properly over time.

Ceiling Fan Dining table arrived. Coffee table should have arrived with the dining table but we cancelled the order and requested for a refund because they claim that the coffee table is out of stock even though we booked the coffee table more than 2 months ago. They were also unable to provide a confirmed arrival date of the coffee table, so I decided to cancel it and look for another one rather than waiting blindly for this current one. MBR Bedframe and mattress arrive Initially, after we placed our order and deposit for the bedframe at a furniture show at expo, we read some negative comments about this shop and were rather worried that we will encounter problem with delivery or having defective item delivered. But luckily it came in good condition and delivery was as planned. Curtains up -- Other than some minor screw up of the scheduling, everything else was rather smooth. Installation was done in about 30min.

reno is wrapping up with some nitty gritty touching up to be done. Overall, this reno journey has been a rather smooth one, thanks to K! thumbs up for u!! another victim checking in. my bad for not doing research on this shop. Anyway, purchased a coffee table and dining table set in Feb and requested delivery to be done in on 30 Apr. A lady called me yesterday 8pm to say that the coffee table is out of stock and ETA date is end May! When I asked her for a confirmed date of delivery for the coffee table, she couldn't give me a reply. that means I have to wait till June or even later for one pathetic coffee table. The first thing that flashed my mind was -- wtf were they doing when I gave them more than 2 months' notice and now they come and tell me there's no stock with only 2 more working days to go before the actual delivery date? Anyway, same stories as the preceeding ones. Tried calling them to cancel the order for the coffee table and get my refund back I don't want to "play around" with their nonsense. All of them are on leave. Can only call again tomorrow as one of them was said to be returning tomorrow. I have no choice but to try my luck again tomorrow. Folks pls stay away from this shop.

Been a bit busy with shopping for all the barang barangs for new home so didn't update this blog. Reno has been quite smooth until now. The reno will probably finish in the next couple of weeks. So got to start getting all the nitty gritty stuff -- pails, mops, detergents, racks, etc. These stuff were grossly overlooked and we were in a loss. Luckily most of these can be bought at the friendly hardware shop nearby or NTUC, so it's not exactly a big deal. Back to the reno. Quite a lot of progress now. Most of the carpentry are already up. I'm also with kevin and our progress is almost the same.. Haha.. Waiting for carpentry now Apart from what others have mentioned abt him, he is very contactable. He responses to sms and will return missed calls even when he is not in town.

Not much visible progress so didn't do any update. All lightings are up except for living room and MBR lights. They have just finished cleaning up the living room and removed the protective sheet, so just posting a comparison of the "stock" tiles and the aftermarket tiles.
