TB, i am not sleeping in that room. That is my dressing room, i am giving up 1 room for my wardrobe. MBR will only have bed.

still not the correct design but at least the color is right. -no carpentry at bay window area. -the drawer below the mirror will be a glass top instead of wood. -there will be box up on top on the mirror, with one downlight.

it's up to your pocket of how much you can afford. to me, i want to chg furniture every 3-4 years. if you ask me to pay 4-5k for full leather sofa, and i still have to maintain it, i rather get a sofa which is less than 1k and dun need to maintain, 3 yrs later i can just dump it away. Just like dun have to buy original 'Transformers robot' which cost $100 for your kid, as they will grow up and probably it will not last till then. I rather buy a $20 robot from pasar malam. Same theory. 3 or 5 yrs later you might move hse or change the design of yr house so why spend so much of a sofa? S&C might not do 100% quality as those high end one, but they also dun make us pay 100% of the high end price. end of the day, it's your pocket that decide.

a blog is for pple to blog out their happiness, in regardless of happy or unhappy stuffs. NN, why care who say what. Whoever don't likes it, just ignore viewing yr blog. Who cares right? Don't bother abt them.

what do you mean? that wall is only 7ft, basically, after your hood, you left with not much space le. don't trust the floorplan.

sometimes i dunno what to say abt my ID, when i told him altar color not right, wardrobe color not right, and he said no problem he will chg it and it's a fast job. But at the end, he did not send. 3d is up! but still need to amend. altar needs to be in full white, not half white half orange. kitchen cabinet is in 'stainless steel' color and there should be no 2 glass panels, because the middle needs to place the hob.

paid HDB for the 5 doors (3 x bedrooms, 2 x toilets) and thought it would be a lousy material. But anyway due to the small walking place, we decide to change the MBR toilet door, so this is the bi-fold in my MBR toilet, without this door, i cannot enter toilet if i grew fat one day. Surprisinly, the guy who removed the door, told me that my bedroom door is solid wood type, very heavy!! I threw it away liao..oops. My FIL is really the greatest help, without him, we might chose to 'chin chye' even though the window workers did not use silicon to cover up holes, or even there is gap between my window frames and grilles. it's so wonderful to have him supervising my place. lolx. window grilles and toilet bi-fold door are up but after unhappy experience with window contractor. After reading hopeless1212 post, i wonder is it all window contractor shave attitude problem? Anyway, my contractor is Dieh Meng Hup. Good and bad things must share.. but at the end, they did an acceptable job, so i paid them.
