U are filing claims against her. What if she doesnt want to pay? Then u will be wasting all legal fees.

I am very sure the bi-fold toilet door is from Besglas but i did not take pics of it. I got the digital lockset and doors from Doorsplus.

U can reject the agent for acting on your behalf. If u did not sign on any paper with agent, you dont have to pay a cent period.

Ask the HDB officer will be the best on what u need to pay and when. They will compute a form and give it to u.
