what if the stove is facing the fridge, will fight a lot, right?? Not really facing each other but stove facing the side of the fridge. If made to measure a wooden table (those folding type), same height as the stove, next to the fridge, can help a bit?

sorry I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDING this company Frankly speaking, so what they close down due to change of parnership, they have to honour their words esp the 5 yr workmanship warranty thingy. Info not cannot be found, those dirty posts had been removed from sgbrides. THE WHOLE THREAD about them is now gone. luckily I still keep the no in my handphone, or else I also almost forget their company name. Wanna know about workmanship? Just come to my mum's house and see it yourself. I still remember when I wrote this in the thread, they then reply my call and said whatever things I am not happy can call them and come down and fix it. Well, if they honoured their word, I wouldn't have come online and waste my time telling the whole world what really happened to my mum's house. -

sofian94, I just bought a mais at Wdls Ring Rd too. Which blk are you staying? So far, I have met 4 contractors, all recommended by family and friends, I got them to come to my place on 1 day and now waiting for all the quotations. Then, just realised my next door-->a contractor too~ The auntie came over to say hello and showed me her kitchen. Probably will get them to give me a quote too. Neighbour mah, you know, very likely will give a better range of product and if got defect, just walk over and tell her. -

Thank you Hello88.. I'll check with my contractor. As for the railing, I wanna change it to Wrought Iron but not intend to change the flooring! is going to cost me a bomb to do the flooring... Eventhough our place was pretty well maintained by the previous owners, I am thinking of doing some reno for the 2 toilets and kitchen. Saw some quotation online that it is going to be like $10k. Sigh...Now waiting for hubby's bonus to come in.. Anyone has any quotation to share with me? Thanks! Here is the floor plan. -

!! Hi to everyone.. I'm new here and just got ourselves a Mais at Wdls area. Was thinking of doing minor renovation. Anyone knows how much to change the railing of the stairs? Ours is a U-shaped stairs. I was if I should go ahead and laminate the staircase, pathway and the 3 bedroom as my contractor quoted me $3.5k For those who had laminated flooring, may I know how much did you spend for it? -
personally find it ok. esp. when you are buying something that you will be using it daily. I bought hair dryer for $80+ and bought the warranty thingy and expired in 1/2 years. can't remember. Heavy usage and I dropped it quite frequent. <accidently la> Spoilt and hubby brought back to court and came home with a brand new one. We didn't pay for the new one of cause but hubby pay another 10bucks for that new hair dryer's warranty thingy again.
