I call up Crestar personall and ask the customer support and they say their regulator is like that one. My frnd also the same as me. But I set my regulator to mid level no turning of the regulator so it will not spoilt easily. I heard regulator also cannot everytime turn turn lor.. will spoil easily.

Ya I read a few post online regarding slam door incident and some pple will consider aft pple make complaint to them but some pple got nasty slam fm their neighbour. I quite worried if I go up alone cause dun know if aunty friendly or not. I sometime heard her beating her kid till the daughter scream untill the whole block also know. My god I dun want to hear that when I am preggy le... very disheartening if you get what I mean. I am tahaning till my hubby come back from overseas to go up with me and he only return in week 3 of Aug.

I am using crestar ceiling fan le... we got the regulator also fm crestar but hor the switch is opp direction. Eg 1 is big and 3 is small is like this one and I check with crestar company. not too sure if can use legrand one but i personally think can if not why pple sell the regulator le. But i check with some pple they say for crestar got to use back crestat regulator.

Ya the lousy plumbing work have been solve... we did complaint to the Uncle that we are not being pre-inform on the price of the add ons so we cannot agree on the price. So till now we have not paid up the VO... been dragging it lor. Anyway lots of pple say we can drag cause we did not sign and agree on the VO price so I drag la Hahaha. Ya its towards to the end that he produce slip slop work... think he want to finish fast but some things like the plumbing cannot close one eye we get them to solve it.

As promise I dig out my old cupcake pix. A bit blur thou 225g unsalted butter, softened 180g caster suger (normal suger also can) Just Edit the suger cause the book is 225g too sweet I reduse it. 225g self raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 4 eggs 1 tsb vanillia essence Choco Rice (Its about handful, i use the left over ones so did not measure) Choco Rice to be coated with self raising flour so that when baking the Choco Rice will not sink. (My SIL cannot do it but some how I manage to do it w/o sinking:)) Special I added 4 tsp of milk (normal Hi-lo milk) so the cake will be spongy. Learnt it fm my aunts who are pro in baking they sell cakes & tarts during chinese new yr and my granny is a nonya so cooking must be the number one thing in the family.

My PIL house their chute got something like a hook and its look like lock that kind and need to pull to unlock the chute. But its very old le it come with the house 20+ yr back.

I think HDB flat got a certain amt of amp to install in the house le cannot too much amp. Electrician ah...
