Am looking for bathroom item... like WC, basin, showehead, mixer, taps, accessories. Any shop to recommand??

Wah bishan le... 380k + 9k worth it. We buy ours at Bt Panjang at 410k incl of COV but its a 5I. Is the unit with morning or afternoon sun?? I think its pretty important cause later too hot

Today lets move to another corner of the house. If you see the floor plan again we will be viewing the study area. The ex-owner actually hack away the wall and make the study area into part of the living room too... so the living room now is actually bigger now. We are very ok with the hacking and the only changes is we will be tearing down the bi-folding wooden door to make it a cozy corner. Another changes is we are going to stain the cabinet under the window.. but I am quite worried after staining and after a few years down the road the stain colour might just come out *Wondering* (PS: I prefer darker colour for the cabinet like brown black) A view of our kitchen from the entrance of the kitchen bi-folding door. Will not be touching this area as we do not have much money. Looks good still and more over we dun cook much so tahan the kitchen at the mean till I save another 10K... but we will be tearing down only the left cabinet just beside the sink to place our fridge.

Here is our nest's living room... some may even wonder do we still need to reno? Yes we need to get rid of the brown elephant in the living room aka the TV console. Only my FIL say wah so nice why dun want... I told my hubby if he want can tear down and bring to his house... Beside that I prefer to have wall than feature wall. The false ceiling got to go cause we want fan as no aircon in the living room area. Hi After went MIA for near to 10 days, its time for some update. We did inspection of the house on the 22nd and the completion on 24th. During the weekend meet up 3 IDs and and are waiting for the respective quotation and seeing for it we would be receiving at least 2 quote by this friday. Hopefully, the price will not kill us Proud to have a house now

I stay in a very old HDB unit and I think got 30yrs old. I also got the same problem... once I open my main door and enter the house I can smell coming out of the chute. Than it get worst so we sent email to town council and in 1 week time they reply that a mechanic was spoil (think its a filter for the air ba) and thay had it replace and it do really get better. Try contacting the town council.

Oh... like that will consider. But if put curry after will stain the bowl or plate or not ah (Stain meaning yellowish)

I felt the other place to put the store room up is at what Pinpetter mention but the storeroom door open at outside not in the bedroom 3. Else no store room lor… I dun have storeroom le cause the seller they do away the storeroom. Aiya you already say “Single” frnd mah.. hahaha wait they get married than they will understand. Yes HDB inform my hubby about the 2nd appt timing dun know if they call him or sms him. Usually after your first appt within 2 weeks you will know liao.

Thanks Wah got your keys liao ah excited hor the waiting period esp its less than a week... next friday here we come. I check around with my other frnd she say HDB will pay to owner the balance 5K cause some pple different case so procedure is a bit different. I chek with my hubby this morning he say HDB will pay wor... so I guess paybe HDB will pay the balance 5K COV to seller since our cashier's order is inclusive of the 5K liao. Yap the lawyer did tell me to issue 1 cashier order but when I ask about the balance COV 5k do I pay they say.. erms your purchase price is X amount so you just issue this. Than they did not answer my question who pay the balance 5K COV. But after this few days I think & think HDB will lor. Else if wrong hor got to re-issue cashier order with extra charges I ask lawyer to pay.. by than its their mistake.

Yap when we first see the house we are big big living room and reno is good. Actually if dun have money can just move in and close one eye... but hor cannot everyday close one eye mah so got to do some minor works.

Infront of bedroom 2 is the store right... maybe you can shift it beside the kitchen... right side bottom part of your floor plan... these is a small area there.

Hahaha ya but my reno period maybe shorter cause ours is a move in condition. Hopefully we get everything settle ASAP want to move in the new house soon

Thanks Thanks Ya the living room very big... cause the seller actually hack away the study area wall... which we are pretty ok. The room beside the study area is now the study area... we are also pretty fine with it... They did a no. of changes liao so we actually no need to do hacking

Hi Can only answer a few question... No 2. I would go for Parquet the feeling is very different if you step on a parquet. But its ex to have parquet.. maintance of coz you have to do la. Just take note that parquet if you drag something on the floor it will scratch so never drag have to lift up and move the item you want. I like parquet cause my flat comes with it when we buy it lor No 3. Living room dun need aircon cause not always will on one... even one of my gf told me not to do and I also dun intend to do.. we will install ceiling fan. No 8. Hmmm overlaying is like making the tiles thicker... I prefer to hack.. cause I would not be moving out of my flat anymore... but hacking is more ex than overlaying. But if you have other things to hack in the house I think the contractor can do in 1 go for you at a package price.
