hahaha ID wanna be. I last time enrole to be ID too and the school cannot get me approved in someway... but as they felt that I can enter the school with no problem I can stay in the school and study while waiting for my doc to be approved. I was in the school for 6mths and learnt a lot of thing (i did not pay for the fees thou cause they say pay only once approved ) Than I left after that la. Ya getting a ID/contractor must click lor.. else also difficult to work with.

I like small house too cause easy to maintain. But we are planning for kids next time so got to look for bigger house and not to mention my IL staying nearby with sch around. Nice layout of your furniture too... are you a ID??

Oh you better check again if really wardrobe slant or not. At frist we also thought our wardrobe slant and than I check again than found out that the carpentry have install the hinge and nicely close.. So it could be the wall slant/floor not even. Our living room one of the wall is slant when we wanted to do the tv feature wall... so we come with no choice uncle say best way is plaster the wall a bit to look like its stright and cannot plaster too much too

Drop by home yesterday and was happy to see 2 plumber working on both bathroom Hope thay do a good job. I will take pix tonight and update if work done this time round is nice or not. By the way our parquest floor is varnish and the feeling is so so nice and it look brand new I must remember to take the picture and show you all. Lastly, hope they can finish work by today or at least get the place clean up or do acid cleaning by today so we can lock the house tomorrow night... will be moving the cleaning barang to the new house tomorrow evening. Ya lor I also dun like full payment one. If can I always pay for partial first once deliver than I pay balance. Must complaint one lor... if you read my t-blog the Barang Barang story you also got the same incident as me... cannot delivery and only stock come in sept.. what the Ha*k. Seems like every furniture is the same when it come to delivery... Haiz. Just wait and see what happen to mine this sat. My dad got a sofa from them and they open price at $2600 than my mom say $1800 and my mom won. Than my dad paid at the cashier I keypo and go over... the salesman want full payment... I ask why need full payment if later did not deliver how?? They say its their policy... I say what if your shop close how??? Than what happen to my money... the salesman say will not one and they have been in the market for quite sometime... than he is already swiping my dad's card. I added.. "I read lots of forum review and your shop got lots of delivery problem you better sent the sofa to my dad's office in time else his customer sit where" Salesman LL and say ok dun worry he dare not say more and item deliver in time. LOL Can you imagine with running around the island for the pass few day then the day when it come to settling the lights hor I am totally tired liao.. We also will not cook so much.. and our kitchen is small. We are going to live with some basic furnitre too.. I told hubby actually no need sofa too.. but if we intend to get the TV, tv console and sofa would have to come it together. Coffee table did not buy but we got a small magazine rack also a side table can tong pang as a coffee table first No dinning table & chairs as we have a breakfast counter and we will get 2 chairs frm ikea. (PS: We redeem ikea vch fm the citibank point, if you have point its the best time to redeem now) We did not redo our kitchen but we tear down a tall cabinate to make way for our fridge. Will intend to redo the kitchen next time we have the money.
