Hi, are there silver or champagne color electrical switches in the market? Something like those legrand of clipsal light switch but instead its for our 2 or 3pin electrical switches. if yes, where can i get and how much does it costs. Thanks in advance!

Hi, juz had my aircon installed by Creation air. Their service was quite good,they even rang 1 day in advance to remind us and they're punctual on the date of installation. Anyway, havent test my aircon yet, so not sure if its functionable. hehehe We got to know them from the Expo fair last weekend and the guy who served us was Zen.

Got a Toshiba system 4 inverter aircon, think was 9+9+9+22 for $3399 by Creation Air Pte Ltd. Their Mitsubishi heavy industries system 4 inverter is also at $3399.

Besides glass, can also use those Auscreen shower doors. But also have to clean. One thing to note is that the silicon joining the door to the tiles may also have those mouldy marks. Glass door will also have those silicon joints. The cheapest choice would be those plastic shower screen from Ikea.

Hi, Is black color flooring for kitchen and bathrooms difficult to maintain? As in, can see those dry up water marks on the floor tiles. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Sorry to tag onto your thread. Like u,im also having a dilemma whether to custom made or get from the mattress shop. We got an expensive mattress (>$3K+) and the sale person was saying that its best for us to get their bed frame coz it can provide the good support for the mattress weight. Another reason is also coz their bed frame has 12 legs as compared to the normal 8. However, if we get contractors to do the bed frame, the design will be much better than from the mattress shop. So, which should i choose?

hi, just to share, i had my inspection done recently n the window we did at our balcony got problem, only got 3 rivets instead of 4. our hdb officer was very helpful and even pass us a copy of the permit submited by my contractor for us to contact them to rectify. another problem was our bomb shelter. there's supposed to have a rubber ring or what on d hole but duno why ours went missing or what and we have to contact this supplier to replace. this rubber ring is not cheap, about $25. however, we have been trying to contact this supplier for 2 weeks and no reply at all.

That's a nice sofa! Anyway, mine is not that 1 and I dont see Emilia at FC@IMM. Mine is plain 3-seater sofa, without any designs and the arm rest is also thin like Emilia's. I dont really like thin arm rests and plain designs but guess the comfort over rules all. Anyway, does all recliner sofa comes with those remote control to adjust the reclining option? I didnt to much research on sofas and chanced upon that recliner and find it comfortable and with the discount and just got it. The price is also over our budget......The price after discount was $4K+.

Hi, I'm just curious, under what circumstances can single siblings co-share to buy a new flat? Got a resale flat and made an OTP and saw that the owners are siblings[should be coz the names are simliar] and not the parents name. Both the siblings are younger than 35. 1 of them got married or planning to get married and so wonder if that's the reason they're selling the co-share flat. anybody know how is it possible for siblings to share the flat?
