Installed roller blinds in the rooms but when the wind comes.. Oh gosh! The blind will knock against the wall.. so noisy.. Is there any solution to reduce the noise?? I rem reading this thread somemore in this forum but I can't seem to be able to find it.

Hi guys I hv already paid abt 85% of my reno. Still hv outstanding of 15% to be made to my ID. Hw do I actually "talk" or "neg" with my ID to give discounts on the final payment? I realised his workers damaged my parquet flooring (some parts), work were delayed, some small items missing in the mist of renovating, some carpentary work done wrongly then got to redo, etc... Hw shld I go abt telling him b4 I actually paid him since he is still clearing some outstanding work...

Hi guys I juz bgt a chandelier recently..and am worried abt cleaning it. The lighting shop man told me tat there is a type of cleaning spray which I can get it from DIY shop specially for chandelier. All i hv to do it spread newspapers below and start spraying onto the chandelier and all the dust & dirt will drip onto the papers a while later. But.. i hv looking and asking arnd seems like the DIY shop owners doesn't noe. Does anyone of u noe where I can buy them? Thks so much!

If u hv an ID or contractor they will know hw to settle it for you. Normally u need to appoint a Professional Engineer first. Ur ID will be able to find the contacts for you.

Labour to install hob, hood, sink, basin, heater shld be foc one. Master toilet cabinet & mirror is too expensive! Shld be below $800. So is the storage headboard & Clearing of debris. Ridiculous price! The rest not too sure.

Definitely not! I hv tried it personally! I think tat's the best invention on earth! I swear by it! U will hv to spray more if inside the silicon. But of coz dun expect miracles if the mould is "old" one meaning more than couple of yrs. Then it won't remove totally. but mayb it will help to get ride at least by 40%!

Dont need lah! Just go ntuc to buy a bottle of duck mold killer (blue col spray) can already! Only a few dollars. spray them plentiful & leave it overnite.! U will hv a brand new silicon!
