Hi all, just had my timber flooring for my rooms done. Found that there some tiny lump protuding and was told by the contractor it is because of the nail and is normal? Is that true or it is a defect that need to be rectify. Thanks

My Id quote me: 45 per lighting point 98 per SCV point 58 per 13A power point (twin) 12 per light installation what is the market rate, if this too expensive? Thanks
