Probably a YHT-S400 soundbar for the MBR 6. One Single Mattress for Room 2 7. A 22" LED TV for the MBR toilet (hopefully free with TV) 8. Massimo Sofa 9. Massimo Bed 10. 6 x dining chairs - looking to get 6 x Sayl chairs 11. Mirrors 12. Small stool for shoe cabinet 13. CCTV system 14. Door bell - toying with buying a Jacob Jensen one from overseas 15. After a long hiatus and challenges with taking over the new place, finally started hacking down the walls this week. Bought a Bloomberg hood to replace the De Dietrich one (which was based on extraction - a bit of overkill for a condo), a Blanco sink, a Miele washer and dryer, Grohe toilet stuff (taps, shower controls, kitchen faucet) and lots on down lights from lightings.com.sg. the more i look at the T105, T205 and T305, the more I think they will suit my home decor to the 'T'...haha. Do I go to Adelphi to take a look? Any recommended retailers?

I have both Miele and De Dietrich products at home. Miele's after sales service is truly FIRST CLASS.

Appreciate the advice. Will try to take a look at a satellite setup. How many items are there in a satellite setup? BTW, I actually have quite a healthy budget - if there was something minimalist in the $5 to 7k range, I would go for it.

What is the current price for a Mitsubishi Starmex Inverter System 3 and 4? Is there a System 4 for Panasonic? What are the details of the special servicing package? I am commencing my wall hacking in two days time - please let me know.

Decided to upgrade the flooring from compressed marble to marble. As it is going to cost a bomb, I need to source for places to check out, besides hafary. Any suggestions? Any hints as to how to secure discounts on the purchase. My cost-imate for my flooring alone is about $25 to 30k.

the agents are doing a last offer...if you really like the place, give them an ultimatum before they lose the cheque and their commissions...impose a deadline and tell them or the owner they you are cancelling the cheque by a certain time. Or if you really want to chiong, go direct to the owners and inform them of your offer.
