Even if it is out of goodwill, I hope he will consult me before changing to adding things. As you said, it might not be what customer wanted. I would definitely wish to spend some time with the carpenter to discuss. From what he sounded, got a feeling I might not get a chance to talk to the carpenter.

I am planning to rent the place for a week in the same block in amk. As the rental place is in the same block and is currently empty, I would negotiate to shift in my stuff bit by bit everyday as I don't have to hire movers. Thanks for the offer. familyof4: I do agree with you. I know it will be very dirty and messy if I move in before completion. My family is against the idea not because of the dirt but they don't like the idea of half naked men walking around when they are staying in the house. It is also poses other problems. Yes I have been keeping a lookout for flat for rental in my area. But because it is for short term, either one week or two, some are asking for ridiculous rate. I didn't know that I have to speak to the carpenter, will ask Jason to arrange.

Didn't want to update anything yesterday due to foul mood. Firstly, tiling has been completed on 18th, I noticed that only a portion of floor in living is covered. Partial are by empty tiles boxes. All the bedroom, kitchen, store, balcony, not coverd. Two hugh rubbish hills are also sitting in the living room and bedroom and it is obstructing the path. Don't know why they don't want to clear since some parts are from hacking. Hightlighted to them to clear and put protective mat so that flooring will be damaged. Tuesday checked, rubbish not clear yet and floor not covered. Call Jason and he said will do it tomorrow. Checked on Wednesday, nothing done. He said not enough mat, will buy tomorrow. Called Thursday morning to remind him, said he is going to buy later. Checked in the evening still not done yet. Secondly the progress. Piping suppose to be done tuesday but not done. Jason said uncle didn't pass him drawing so cannot start and will start wednesday. Wednesday didn't start cos the piping guy busy and said will start thurday. Checked thursday nothing done. I don't know what is going on or when the piping is ever to get done. Called up uncle yesterday to express my unhappiness. I know the floor got lots of scratches because alu pipes, broken tiles lying around on the uncovered area. Bunch of alu are also in store room where floor is not covered. Uncle assured that Friday will clear and lay the protective mat. Explained to him that weekend all my stuff are coming in. By then the rubbish hill will not be able to go out. Lastly uncle admit that it might not be possible to HO end of month. But three rooms can be completed without carpentry. Told him not possible for me to move in my family when work is still being done. He asked me if 50-50 for my rental is alright or not. Pet: Sorry abit blurr, quite stress this few days. Christmas moss is very good for fries to hide. Angel: I prefer plants that are easy to maintain. So usually I go for moss or other floating plants. If you like to have forested landscape, you will need CO2 supplementation and fertilization. I find it very troublesome. What I do usually is to spread the moss on driftwoods or you can put on mesh vertically for background. By the way, you are talking about aquatic plants right?

Strange. Recently went to IMM Hoe Kee and check with them on the sauce rack, they said only got one type with both side rail, width is about 12". The price is $128. Can only give 5% discount.

Update after visiting the flat in darkness. Electricity was cut off. Just call both Jason and Uncle why the stuff that they said are doing all not done. Piping suppose to be done yesterday. Jason said uncle didn't give him the diagram so cannot do. I pass the drawing 2 days ago. He say will take from uncle tomorrow. See the floor really heart pain. Have reminded Jason to place paper mat to protect the floor. This morning told me not enough, he will buy later. Just now ask him, he told me tomorrow will buy. The small mountain of waste is still sitting in the living room for many days. Don't know when they will clear. Hope when before my delivery come on Sat, the waste can be cleared. If not, I anticipate items damaged due to the clearing. Uncle has arranged aircon to do trunking. Don't know why not done. Uncle said today the aircon guy postponed to Friday. I asked him again can I arrange for mover next saturday. He told me need to check with Jason.
