aubrey: If my memory serve me correctly, carpentry done with solid plywood is more expensive. I know some id or contractor try to use cheaper material. The one in your picture looks like composite plywood. It is not a solid plywood because it is more expensive. Anyway after edge trimmed, you will not see what is inside. So usually thin pieces of plywood will be composited together with the particles, fiber board (those you see in the middle) with resin. It is cheaper to have thicker composite with lesser plywood. Heard that there is many maintainance problem with PD door . If you insist of PD door, he will ask you to purchase direct from PD door and ask them to install. Problem of PD door is whenever you have guest coming, you will have to explain how to use it. If not it is easily damaged. Bi-fold door will not trap water. The rail is a inverter "T". Have been using for more than 10 years and no algae yet. Only problem sometime the rail not smooth and got to use sandpaper to smoothen and apply WD40.

I have been talking to Ah Liu and only today know about the change when i called Jason. Things are not that smooth as always. I only managed to inspect in daylight on the weekend. For weekday by the time I reach I can only inspect with a torchlight. Some of the hiccups were like: One of my pipes which was supposed to use cabinet was fully boxed up. So I have to ask them to tear down. Missing electrical lights in bathroom. Light point not at the correct location. Electrical point and scv location at the middle of wall. (I prefer side) Now I perfer to talk to the 3rd party directly to prevent any hiccups.

Update for the day. Saturday was delivery day. WC got chipped problem and lucky they got baron to change on the same day. Got the wrong hob and I quickly tell the uncle that he sent the wrong one. Actually he deliver the more expensive. Will resend only on Monday. Forgot to charge my phone and manage to make only one call out to Jason. Metal: Just got my bill for this month yesterday and it was closed to $30. There were two occasions when I have to switch off the lights in the bathroom and one occasion was the water didnt turn off fully.
