    Wow congrats Smartbuy! Just sold my flat at 15 cov and confirmed the purchased of my EM with over 20K cov. Does anyone know if we receive the cov immediately from the buyer after the 1st appt? (Am thinking to use that to cover the cov I need to pay). Also, do you think I should do a revaluation to minimise cov? Same like smartbuy, if valuation go up, at least I have more $$ for reno
