I believe those new Id who are hungry would give 3d when quote price. Experienced ones wouldn't do it cos it takes time and effort to do so and some ppl are just free loaders

Hi guys As I have referred quite a number of forumers to them, please feedback to me if there is lapse in service or no repines so I can inform them or stop referring

As for me there is no waiting or warranty period as well but when I had issue I was able to get my Id to retifiy the problem even after 6 mths

Hi! Can't remember dimension but I customized the table to align with the wall so it doesn't protrude out. Living room is bright as we are on high floor and window is wide (6 panal)

As with all id u should be comfortable with the price without taking into account discount. Key is chemistry with Id and reliability of Id which can make yr reno an enjoyable one. That itself is quite priceless considering some horror stories u read around here.

actually i realise that sometimes by insisting on pressing down quote makes it hard for ID as well. trick is along the way you can slowly press lower as your relationship with id deepens through the interactions.

i also went to idealhouse to get quote and view past works. what i did was to request to view their past completed work to see. sometimes you can observe client relationship with id as well when you visit ppl's house.

Their carpentry not an issue as I have experienced. U can try request to view previous clients places to verify too.

There are one or two members here that has Elise as id I believe.

key is set your own budget first. then speak to a few id to get ideas from them. they are the best ppl to talk as they have more experience. of course at the end of day their advise must make sense. for your kitchen wall tiles, you can overlay them but this is provided your wall tiles wouldnt pop out in future. to remove wall tiles and expecting it not to damage kitchen cabinet might be a little tough. for flooring might be better leave to your id as a lot of coordination has to be done if you wanna diy and coordinate yourself.

your experience with them and observation really tells it all.....about expo ID. and the same ID appears at all the expo reno exhibition events regardless of what they call it

Do share some pic with us. There are a lot of fake members in forum that register just to promote themselves. Maybe u can tell us where is yr place what reno u did why it's good and even quotes and of course photo

advise is avoid expo ids....

The mold are incredible. Inside outside all got. Took pics and email to vhive also but no responses. Me also now need to look for new dresser shoe cabinet and side tables

technically 5 may not be the magic number. avoid those that does a lot of advertising and appears at expo every 2 months......

A little mistake that ppl make when viewing reno done by id is looking at the glam up shots where furnishing are in. The real reno done is actually flooring ceiling walls and carpentry. For Balinese theme I feel that furnishing is the key rather than focusing on the 3d pic etc The right sofa fan curtain vases table chairs really make or break the feel

Sharing is good and commenting as well but if all the post by a newly registered member is Only 'hey my Id is very good you can try him .....' in every post they share.... then it's not very much of a sharing or comment. At least show some pic to back up yr claim. Explain how and why it's better and show pics. Show the reno process.

process of tempering should be last step I think

some ppl register just to self advert. you notice those with low post and simply register to recommend their id and dun include any pic.

probably can be done but you may choose to cut down on carpentry and wall tiles but you need to consider wiring which may push your budget a little

i think yours mad mad also at least 40k onwards if you want all the items........
