most impt is have your own budget and see how you work around it. i did my reno under 30k for 4 room 104sqm

not sure if electricals and lightings and painting etc area in your budget as well?

best is to ask around friends who had good experience with their contractor. forum a bit tricky with self advert companies pretending to be members. avoid expo as well

think its good idea to start searching now, so long as you got floor plan

If hidden cost pops up it nay end costing u more. Typically the quotes should be average prices to make sense. Careful if too cheap or too ex or inferior material
