Real or not, either way, alarms bells must be ringing. If can take, means compromise for sure If no such thing, then its just BS.... Either way, i would rather place my money to one that can give me personalised services, help me pick up delivery either from shops or recieve delivery at my place, show up quickly at my place within an hour to check issues that i have, responds to email/sms quickly etc. The intangibles benefits i get is quite priceless.

Attending to the details, remember what to rectify is not easy at all. If he has 50 projects, even 10 contractor/id/manager may not be enough

well at least you are willing to come out to help. earn or not is not an issue. everyone need to get paid for work done. so whoever is bashing you, maybe can come out and be the saviour and work for free, or even better, give free reno. otherwise dun hide behind comp and whack ppl for helping.

ah soon engaged the contractor. not you. agreement is between them. ask them go to ah soon for money. if cannot find, ask them report police. in the meanwhile i think someone gotta take some major action. isnt it a case of cheating and fraud already?

think harvey and best denki has lower extended warranty charges not sure about the clauses though

actually if you see the experience of ah soon customer, their reno will end up more ex than normal ID cos job not done and he mia. cheap is not always good.

Every ID/contractor say the same thing but if you comfortable with overpaying so much despite warning from members....cos its your money.

Town council investigated and found that there is a need to repair the roof but din not commit to any definite time line No choice since cannot wait indefinitely so ID advise to go ahead with painting and hope for the best. Decided to do extra box up for the piping in kitchen ceiling cos its an eyesore. Also after we got our mirror, ID propose that we customize the master toilet mirror cos there is a big gap there that seems quite empty. So decide to go ahead with that. Also got one of the downlight faulty liao so need to get light ppl to come down to replace and help me fix some other lights i bought Hence will delay the handover liao but its looking better by the day. Completing soon ....
