You can also consider the cost of getting contractors to retify problems if you are contacting contractors directly. Myself has had a few repainting done and retification done on cabinet etc. Sometimes one contractor damage something and you need to get the other contractor to fix it. Having an ID solve this as the ID will coordinate all these foc. Eg the mirror guy use strong tape on the wall and after peeling off, the paint came off as well.

actually sealy has a list of 'same model diff name' if you find ways to get to look at it. i used that to compare and find out the names of the same mattress at diff shops

i saw their fabric sofa, even had the brand tag. same material cos its looks exactly from the magazine that i choose mine from. swaroski sofa.
