My 9kg one not tat big but its slightly taller then the normal ones...i have given yeak my WM dimension b4 le...and its yeak and my hubby said can opened the chute de lor...My hubby yestd somemore said if really troublesome to throw rubbish from the buttom chute...ask me to use the upper one to throw woh...majiam i have the octopus hand like that...i replied him i dun have such long hands to reach the top chute lah...hahaha....then he said ask me to buy a dustin to put near my kitchen sink area then throw whatever things i want into the dustbin...then wait for him to come back from work and he will throw for me...hahah...like tat so ma fan de...i say see how bah....maybe not tat bad after the extension.... I think yeak will not hack and redo bah!! I didnt ask him to redo leh... yah..initially my hubby colleage said dun need $ as he want to give away free...then i think very pai say so give him $30.00 yi si yi si...the WM already 2-3 years old le...but still can use lah...

hi angel...i didnt change the chute cos that time yeak come to my house and said my previous owner chute still in good condition so dont need to change...so i save $ on that....coincidently its green in color..can match my kitchen cabinet....hahah... My toshiba washing machine was sold to us by my hubby colleague at $30.00...2nd hand one cos his colleague gana lucky draw and got a new F&P one so wana get rid of his toshiba one...and its really good if wash the quilt lor...

Hi pinklady...initially i oso thought of installing 2 h20 heater...but later when our toilet tiles up liao we visualise it will be very very cramp to bathe in the master toilet...so then decided not to install...its super small de lor...anyway its only 3 of us in the flat 1 heater should be enough le bah....

Really quite alot of defects...your electrician very bad lor...its their fault to have throw away your lightings glass cover and they should compensate you...how can they ignore & refused to pay you!!! Bad guys!! You must inspect one more time to see if there is anymore defects or not...then when they come tell them to rectify all at once...how can HB do such a 'chin chye' job??

Wah lawry..thanks for your drawing leh...haha...paisay to have trouble you...yah...i understand what you are saying...thats why i oso buay tahan and quickly ask my contractot to extend le! 'Hopefully' after extending will be ok cos should have abt 75mm-100mm more space...My topload washer is 9kgs one leh...heehee...

wah roamca so lucky!! But still I think your solution about extending the base is a useful one ba. No lah Not lucky...the reason why i didnt get a chance to do ironing is becos my hubby say i m wasting the electricity...haha...cos when i iron i will want the shirt to be straight straight one...so my record is half an hour iron 3-4 pcs of shirt niah! Slow rite? There is one time i iron my skirt then sprained my wrist leh...clever boh? So my hubby give up ask me not to touch the iron anymore lor... Yah..i sent yeak a sms this pm to ask him if he could extend the base for me...very fast i received his reply 'OK'! Very happy lor...its better to rectify the 'eyesore' now rather than later part regret...heehee

haha...i see...my hubby does 80% of the housework....i only do the laundry and cooking.... he even iron and sew my clothes button for me.... me simply useless or better say lazy!!! Hope to see your tblog soon...and happy searching for a ID/Contractor...you doing a major overhaul like me?

hi yokine9a...good point...mine is top load de...my laundry area facing the south and not much sunlight will come in but i think will still be hot cos my unit is top floor...if spoilt leh oso no choice lah...haha...but i think still ok cos my current one in woodlands oso sunlight shines on my washer still can use leh....just that the exterior color of the washer got worn out abit...heehee... yalor...i m aiming the bookcase 8 holes one price at $129.00. then buy 8 pull out box at $19 each wil be $152.00 total $281.00. swee swee and useful...for a kid lah...cos my gal alot of books....

Talking abt the chute..haiz...my hubby said he can live with it....i duno wat to say liao...i told him if the rubbish chute cannot open fully must at least open 3/4 mah... He said can open half ok liao...i will call yeak later and asked him whether can extend the base out abit or not...i definately cant live with it lor...cos i mo not small size de...wait my elephant leg gana stuck at the side how? Yours is 3 rooms flat too?

hi yokine9a, i tried to bathe in cold water but really cannot leh..hahah...maybe since young my parents scared i catched cold so bathe me with warm water to bathe....so i very used to the warm warm temperature...heehee...

hahaha...wont happen lah....cos my house only me and hubby...my hubby worst lah..he will bathe ard 12am-1am...normally after me one...as for my daughter she will bathe 2 times..morning and evening ard 6pm...so wont clash together de...if you see the area of my master toilet you will not install heater oso de...too cramp inside le...i think honeygal will understand what i mean! heehee..... moreover...if we install 2 heaters in 2 toilets....if both are in used at the same time oso jiak lat...cos the water flow will be shared between the 2 toilets...u know what i mean? The water pressure will become weaker then it will become hotter....some of my colleagues told me that....so install one is correct de.... My hubby somemore joke and said like that good for him cos he only need to frequently wash the common toilet. The master one will be less dirty cos seldom use so need not always wash...hahah...he geng ga liao lor!!!

Hi pinklady...yes my common toilet has a instant water heater lah...heehee...i cant live without a heater too....it becos i always bathe quite late ard 11pm - 12am...so heater is a must have... i dont wana install one in my master toilet is becos really really too small liao...

yalor...now abit headache man...my hubby said the chute still can open but not fully open...and its he told yeak to go ahead de...i think i wana ask yeak to extend the base abit out so the chute can open up more. You have chosen the same wall tiles as i did for my MBR toilet! I had mine all white coz i could not decide where to place the black ones! agree, my 3-room MBR toilet is sooooooooooo small, i decided to use it purely as toilet. even the common toilet is so small, there was no way to do install a shower screen. hi honeygal... Same tiles ahh....hahah...thats good....yalor..duno where to place the black one rite? Thats why my contractor decided for us...i placed the white floral tiles in the other 3 sides of the toilet walls. I oso didnt install any water heater in the master toilet...purely for 'business' and wash up niah...The common toilet oso small but i might do a shower curtain...see how 1st....

yalah..me big size....my weight at least 65 kgs and my hubby abt 83kgs...both XL frame de! hahaha....no bluff you lah....

yalor..you oso think its cramp right? my hubby and yeak keeps saying if i put my WM there i still can open and close my lower chute....but i think i cant open the chute fully lor...i am going home tonite and measure one more time... the toilet tiles arrangement is my hubby creation lah...must be fair mah...i choose tiles then he arrange its position..heehee....

heehee...no wire racks...cos not useful to me...my current house one hardly use...so this time i know i dun need liao so didnt install....save money! Hi angel…my common toilet floor tiles is different from Rondy…and the layout of the toilet tiles oso not the same. i hope my kitchen cabinet will turn out nice oso...cos not cheap...heehee....kitchen cabinet is the most ex carpentry in the house....tiok boh? My house reno progress not so ‘fast’ as yours leh..hahaha….yeak told me today will complete the rewiring, tomoro install the wc and stuff…wed rest, then thurs will be installing of aircon, Friday and the following Monday will be painting.
